Upon booking please provide the following information;
1. First and Last Name
2. Your address
3. The secured location you’ve chosen
4. A list of the items you wish to recycle

Once you’ve completed step 1 by preparing your recycling for pickup, get in touch with our team to complete the booking process.

PLEASE NOTE: With high volume of bookings we sometimes miss calls as we may be helping another customer but we always return return those missed calls shortly after within 5 – 10 minutes.
Once we’ve received your information and have confirmed your booking your all set and will be placed in one of our next available routes.
We can typically book you in for same day service if you contact our team before 11am on the day of wanting your scrap metal pickup service completed, after 11am is next day service.
Larger pickups we ask to be arranged one business day in advance. Although some larger pickups we do offer same day service depending on the amount.
