For those in residential houses using our free scrap metal pickup service, please gather all recycling items in one of the designated areas for collection. Simplify your recycling with ease.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept recycling items placed at curbsides, sidewalks, front lawns, behind buildings, in garbage zones, or common areas. To utilize our free scrap metal pickup service, ensure all items are in the accessible locations specified above. Secure placement is crucial for service eligibility.

Note: If these areas are not suitable, please arrange a 3-hour window during which you can provide your items in an accessible location for pickup. We are willing to make it work.

APARTMENT

For apartment customers using our free scrap metal pickup service, please place all recycling in one of the designated secure locations for collection. Streamline your recycling efforts with us.

Note: Items left unattended outside buildings or in garbage zones will not be accepted.

For buildings without elevators using our free scrap metal pickup service, recycling must be placed outside the building upon our arrival.

We provide a 3-hour pickup window with a 20-minute heads-up at the time of booking for your convenience in order to meet us downstairs with your items ready and accessible.

TOWNHOUSE

For condo townhouse residents opting for our free scrap metal pickup service, please ensure all recycling is placed in one of the designated secure locations for pickup. Simplify your recycling process with us.

Please note: Items placed in condo complex garbage areas, on curbs, or in parking lot spaces will not be accepted. For pickup and removal, all items must be in a designated secure location. Adhere to these guidelines to fully benefit from our removal services.
